Kaushik Films & Entertainment Company began its journey in 2021 under the original name “Soni Ram Music,” founded by Indian actor, casting director, and entrepreneur Umesh Kaushik with a vision to create meaningful entertainment that celebrates Indian culture, creativity, and storytelling on a global platform. What started as a passionate startup soon evolved into a growing entertainment company driven by dedication, innovation, and artistic excellence.

The foundation of the company was deeply inspired by the blessings and values of Umesh Kaushik’s grandfather, the late Shri Soni Ram Sharma, whose legacy continues to guide the company’s journey and vision. KFAEC was also honored to receive the blessings and encouragement of the late Satish Kaushik, a legendary personality in Indian cinema whose support became a memorable and motivating part of the company’s early journey.

As the company expanded, it transformed into KFAEC PRIVATE LIMITED, a modern entertainment and media company actively working across Film & Music Distribution, Film & TVC Casting, Artist Management, Film Promotions, Actors Promotions, Press Release Distribution, and Film & Music Production. A major milestone in the company’s growth came with the addition of Sanjay Kumar Sharma as Director, whose leadership and strategic vision further strengthened the company’s creative and operational foundation.

Today, KFAEC continues to establish itself as a rising force in the Indian entertainment industry.
