5. Use of Company Assets
Company assets (documents, credentials, software access, etc.) must be used solely for work purposes.
Unauthorized use, sharing of login details, or misuse of company platforms is prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.
6. Workplace Communication
Clear and respectful communication is required.
Team members should avoid offensive language, arguments, or unprofessional behavior.
In case of conflict, employees must escalate issues to their reporting manager rather than engage in disputes.

8. Remote Work & Virtual Internship Guidelines
Since many roles and internships at KFAEC are virtual:
A stable internet connection and personal laptop are mandatory.
Team members must be reachable during work hours or scheduled meetings.
Tasks must be submitted through official communication channels only.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Team members must comply with our data protection standards:
Do not store, download, or share confidential files without permission.
Do not upload internal company files to public platforms.
Always follow the Privacy Policy guidelines of KFAEC.
10. Performance & Evaluation
Work quality, consistency, and professionalism will be regularly reviewed.
Interns will be eligible for certificates, LORs, or full-time roles only upon successful completion and satisfactory performance.
Poor conduct or lack of participation can lead to termination.
11. Disciplinary Action
Violation of workplace policies may result in:
Warning
Suspension from project
Termination of internship or employment
Legal action (if applicable)
All actions are at the discretion of the company based on the severity of the misconduct.
