  • A stable internet connection and personal laptop are mandatory.

  • Team members must be reachable during work hours or scheduled meetings.

  • Tasks must be submitted through official communication channels only.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Team members must comply with our data protection standards:

  • Do not store, download, or share confidential files without permission.

  • Do not upload internal company files to public platforms.

  • Always follow the Privacy Policy guidelines of KFAEC.

10. Performance & Evaluation

  • Work quality, consistency, and professionalism will be regularly reviewed.

  • Interns will be eligible for certificates, LORs, or full-time roles only upon successful completion and satisfactory performance.

  • Poor conduct or lack of participation can lead to termination.

11. Disciplinary Action

Violation of workplace policies may result in:

  • Warning

  • Suspension from project

  • Termination of internship or employment

  • Legal action (if applicable)

All actions are at the discretion of the company based on the severity of the misconduct.
