This may include displaying your profile and materials on KFAEC-operated websites, digital platforms, social media channels, promotional campaigns, presentations, or sharing them with casting directors, producers, filmmakers, production houses, brands, or media partners for professional opportunities.

c. Representations & Warranties

By submitting materials, you represent and warrant that:

You own or possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to submit the materials.

Your Submitted Materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party.

The materials submitted are lawful, accurate, and do not contain defamatory, misleading, or prohibited content.

d. No Obligation to Use

KFAEC is under no obligation to use, publish, display, or retain any Submitted Materials submitted by users. We reserve the right to remove, reject, or delete any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.
